Independent check-in: For us, the comfort of our guests is our top priority. We therefore offer the option of self-check-in to make your stay as smooth as possible. This service is supported by our 24/7 support, ensuring guests can get the help they need at any time. Our goal is to fulfill the desire for a contactless stay by promoting flexibility and autonomy.

Professionally cleaned: Hygiene and cleanliness are of the utmost importance to us. Our dedicated team follows the strictest cleaning standards to ensure a flawless environment for our guests. After each stay, each apartment goes through a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection routine. We only use high-quality cleaning products to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. The health and safety of our guests are always our priority.

We understand the importance of a modern way of life, so all our apartments are equipped with fast WiFi and all the necessary amenities of daily life. Whether it's business matters or personal relaxation, our apartments offer the ideal space for an all-round successful experience. We do everything we can to make our guests feel at home from the first minute.



1. Check-in is from 3 p.m., check-out is no later than 10 a.m. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or are late with our cleaning services are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Guests are not allowed to make any reservations within their place of residence with AMAO-Stays. Please contact us if you want to book in your own place of residence.

3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not allowed, even on balconies/patios or in common areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of extra cleaning and damage repairs.

4. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or terrace with the door closed.

5. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

6. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.

7. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.

8. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits.

9. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the dwellings to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

10. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.

11. Booking a reservation means agreeing to abide by the house rules. Guests who fail to comply with the House Rules will be liable for any resulting damage, fee, cost or expense. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction of the apartment without refund.

12. Please do not wear street shoes in the apartment and make sure that the furniture is clean overall.
